Description
The Personal Assistant is responsible for handling a variety of personal tasks relating to the CEO. This includes day-to-day personal and business appointments, manage schedule and the support of special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle the CEOs appointment book
-Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO, including hotels, flights, car service and restaurant reservations
-Run errands such as picking up/dropping off dry cleaning, collecting prescriptions buying groceries, etc.
Able to handle packing and unpacking for business travels in an organized way
Assist the Chief of Staff with organizing day-to-day matters and tasks on behalf of CEO
Duties vary between personal and business
Handle personal and family payments (kid’s school, phone bills, house bills, etc.)
Coordinate doctor’s appointments for CEO and family
Place certain shopping orders when needed
Tack and submit CEO’s business expenses for timely reimbursement
Travel with CEO for all work-related activities
Other duties as assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE:
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends without notice
Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain professional discretion with sensitive and privilege information
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Cooperates effectively with the staff
Must be responsible, ON TIME, take direction easily, is a fast learner and can work without much supervision.
Proven ability to provide administrative support
Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
Drivers license required
College degree preferred but not mandatory
Minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
